Ed Diaz, of Vanguard Property Group, represented the buyer of the Brea Park Plaza, a 17,000 sqft. retail/commercial building. The Brea Park Plaza has a diverse tenant mix of hair salons, medical, real estate related companies and other professional firms. It is located on the State College Blvd, just west of the 57 Freeway, right across from the regional Brea Mall Shopping Center.
